We aim to deliver same day for orders placed before 11am or next day for orders placed before 6pm.  For same day delivery please contact us for confirmation.

Unfortunately due to the hazardous nature of fireworks we can only deliver using delivery services that specialize in this type of work, although more expensive than normal delivery methods, we still try to absorb much of the delivery costs, especially on larger orders.

In the interest of security and protection of our customers we will require a signature for the goods and will only be delivered to the card holders address unless by special arrangement.  Deliveries cannot be left at the delivery address without a verified signature.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery at the specified delivery times.  We may apply a charge where a delivery has been attempted and refused through no fault of our own or our courier.  The goods will be returned to us if a delivery has been attempted and not made.  Goods will not automatically be re-delivered.  On receipt of the goods please inspect them for any signs of damage and check the number of boxes before signing for them.  Any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery documents.  Any claims for damage or shortage must be notified to Just Fireworks with 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Deliveries are currently unavailable to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere outside the United Kingdom.
